The height measurement is taken at the front of the scope base and is the distance from the top of the scope base to the top of the action. All scope bases for the Rem 700 LA are 6.275 inches long. Our scope mount for the Remington 700 Long Action receiver is available in 0 MOA and 20 MOA.
